Webinar on ‘Emerging trends in computer science’

The IT Department organised a webinar on ‘Emerging trends in Computer Science’ on Saturday, November 4 through online Microsoft Teams platform. The Iyear students of MCA, M.Sc. Software Technology, M.Sc. Big Data Analytics, M.Sc. Data Science and M.Sc. Bio-Informatics attended the webinar. Dr. Jeevan Pinto, Associate Professor, Department of MCA was the resource person for the webinar.

Dr Pinto spoke in detail about the emerging trends in computer science such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Robotics, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Data Analytics, Blockchains, Natural Language Processing, IoT, Biometrics, among others. Over 80 students took part in the webinar.
