Ranked 58thThe support staff of AIMIT began their post lock-down duty in the campus wearing new uniform for the first time. The staff has been provided with uniform to bring about greater cohesiveness.
Maintenance officer Lancy Pinto said that the staff looked good in the new uniform. “Earlier each of them came with pretty ordinary dress and it did not look professional. Now they look neat and tidy,” he said.
Speaking about the new dress, Ms Nalini, one of the senior most members of the support staff said that all were happy with the uniform. “All of us came together and selected the colour. It is very pleasing and suits the Mangalore weather. Now we do not have to worry what to wear every day,” she said.
