“Research Conclave 2024: Insights on Ethics, Publications, and Collaborative Research”

The Post Graduate Department of Business & Management organized a Research Conclave on December 14, 2024 at AIMIT. The programe started with a prayer.

Dr Rajani Suresh, Dean – School of Business & Management, introduced the resource persons and welcomed the gathering. Dr. Rashmi Ranjan, Professor & DRC Chair, GITAM School of Business, GITAM Deemed to Be University & Dr Arpitha Jena, Professor, School of Sustainable Development & Compliance cum Liaisoning Officer, XIM University provided valuable insights on Research Ethics & Publications.

Various key areas in writing & publishing a research paper were covered by Dr Rashmi Ranjan. He also stressed the need for ethics in research and warned the young scholars to be aware of predatory journals.

Dr Arpita Jena enlightened the scholars on the need for collaborative research and highlighted the various agencies for securing grants & funds. Later the floor was open for discussion. The resource persons addressed the several queries raised by the research scholars. The interaction brought novel ideas and motivated scholars and academicians to move forward in the realm of social research. Dr Rowena Wright, Research Coordinator proposed the vote of thanks.
