Rakesh Kumar B, assistant professor at AIMIT has been awarded PhD in Management from Tumkur University under the guidance of Dr Babu Thomas who is an adjunct faculty at AIMIT, St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University).
The title of his thesis is ‘Comparative analysis of quality of work life, organisational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention among employees of service and manufacturing sectors’.
He received his PhD testimonials during the 14thconvocation of Tumkur University from the honourable Governor of Karnataka Sri Vajubhai Vala in the presence of Dr Kasthuri Rangan, former chairman of ISRO on March 5, 2021.
“Though my research has involved a lot of hard work, I feel it was worth it as the thesis has come out fairly well,” says Dr Rakesh Kumar.
