On October 1, 2024, at St. Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT), the Department of Human Resources co-hosted a thorough training session on the *POSH Act with the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) Cell. The session was led by *Dr. Monika Sadananda*, who provided valuable insights into the importance of creating a safe and respectful workplace. The session, which was attended by all AIMIT teaching faculty members, was very educational and useful in helping them better understand the Act and its implications, which greatly helped to create a positive work environment. In addition to recognizing Dr. Monika’s presence as a resource, Dr. (Fr) Kiran Cotha SJ, the Director of AIMIT, emphasized the significance of PoSH and each collaborator’s obligation to ensure a safe working environment for all, particularly for women.
