Fr Sujay Daniel, SJ was the resource person for the day. Fr. Sujay is the campus minister at St Aloysius PU College. Fr. Alwyn D’Souza, campus minister of AIMIT organised the orientation programme.
Fr Sujay led the orientation programme with fun filled activities where all students interacted and got to know more about their peers after an ice breaking session.
Fr Sujay also indulged students through a talk where he spoke on how to be focused and how one could achieve one’s goals. He also spoke about how dopamine played a major part on our personality and how we could control it to change a habit. He also spoke about Jesuit education and Jesuit schools and colleges around the world.
“Every person is different. Being different is not bad, rather the modes of achieving one’s goals are different,” Fr Sujay said.
He concluded the session with a fun activity and a meditation, so that all students could start their semester on a positive note.
