Guest lecture by Dr Rakesh Kumar at NITTE

Dr Rakesh Kumar, HOD, Big Data Analytics at AIMIT, was a resource person at NITTE Institute of Hospitality Services, Mangalore. He spoke on the topic ‘Developing the mentality needed for a professional career’. The seminar was held on March 31 for the BSc Hospitality Management and Hotel Management students.

In his address Dr Rakesh highlighted how students can develop the mentality(attitudes) related to their professional career such as tips to develop positive attitudes. “With good attitude you can win in this competitive business world,” he said.

He also showed them a video about the impact of positive and negative attitudes at workplace. Some case studies of Henry Ford and Toyota Motors were explained.
