Dr S. Ruban, Associate professor from the School of Information Science and Technology, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), chaired a session and gave a keynote address at the International Conference on Current Trends in Information Technology (ICCTIT-2025) organised by the School of Information Technology, St Joseph’s University, Bengaluru on March 10 and 11,2025. With nearly 150 scholars presenting research papers, the conference served as a significant platform for knowledge exchange and networking.
In his address on the topic ‘Advances in Healthcare Technology – Research and Reality Insights into AI’ on March 11th, 2025, Dr Ruban discussed the opportunities available to students, faculties and researchers to work on real time data which will help develop AI and innovative solutions, further helping larger society. He also elaborated various real time projects developed by him and his student mentees in collaboration with various healthcare institutions. The session was followed by a question-and-answer session.
The main agenda of the conference was to provide a platform for young researchers to discuss their ideas which will be helpful for society in solving real life problems.
