The program unfolded with a mesmerizing welcome dance by Deeksha, followed by a series of captivating performances, including soulful singing, energetic dances, and a thought-provoking motivational speech. Abhiksha eloquently introduced the essence of ARISE, while Roshelle extended heartfelt gratitude in the vote of thanks. The evening’s energy was seamlessly carried forward by Justin Mathias, who compered the event with charm and enthusiasm.
In the absence of Prof. Tad Gonsalves from Sophia University, Japan, the honor of inaugurating the program was bestowed upon Dr. Rina Oh from Japan. She expressed admiration for India’s rich cultural heritage and traditions, extending her warm wishes for the success of ARISE. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Fr. Kiran Cotha SJ, Director of AIMIT, who emphasized the significance of ARISE as a beacon of awakening and unity. He encouraged students from Loyola Boys Hostel, Gonzaga Girls Hostel, and Mother Teresa Girls Hostel to come together, celebrate their talents, and strengthen their bonds. The program was witnessed by the Assistant Director of the Hostel Fr Roshan Pereira SJ, the sub Warden Fr Avinash D Souza SJ, Wardens Sr Lizy Thomas, Sr Euncie Trecilla D Souza, Dr Steevan D Souza N, teaching and non-teaching members and students of the AIMIT hostel were present.
