AIMIT hosted a session for our IT students by Mr Santhosh Rebello, University Program Manager for Salesforce on September 24. Mr Santhosh highlighted the vital role of cloud computing and showcased Salesforce as a powerful platform that offers a wide range of functionalities, including customer relationship management, data analytics, and automation, far beyond traditional sales management. He encouraged students to gain expertise in cloud technologies and pursue certifications to enhance their employability.
Mr Santhosh also discussed significant technological advancements, focusing on trends such as speech recognition, generative AI, and autonomous agents. He illustrated how innovations like Alexa and Google Assistant have changed our interactions with technology, showcasing the impact of these advancements on everyday life.
